5. Offer ICT training programmes;

6. ICT training needs analysis;

7. Expert advice on the kind of ICT resources to be acquired for specific projects;

8. Technical Support Services which involve Internet and e-Mail Service Provision;

9. Stakeholders expect us to guide the strategic direction of ICT usage in the GRN.
