KEY STAKEHOLDERS AND EXPECTATIONS
Key stakeholders are Offices/Ministries/Agencies and Regional Councils.
Their expectation includes the following:
1. GRNNet/Intranet/Internet network availability and accessibility;
2. Providing and ensuring reasonable GRN Internet network speed of transaction;
3. Render system development maintenance and users support;
4. Provide Web page designing function and hosting;
5. Offer ICT training programmes;
6. ICT training needs analysis;
7. Expert advice on the kind of ICT resources to be acquired for specific projects;
8. Technical Support Services which involve Internet and e-Mail Service Provision;
9. Stakeholders expect us to guide the strategic direction of ICT usage in the GRN.
